About

Stacy Ransom, 28, is a wife, mother and freelance marketing specialist in Southern California. After suffering silently for several years, a flare-up lasting more than six months finally gave her the answers she had been searching for when she was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease and Spondyloarthritis in July 2015. She had lost 20lbs, debating quitting her job and moving back in with her parents, but something inside told her to keep pushing. She persevered. She demanded answers from several specialists, started an aggressive treatment plan, researched homeopathic solutions and experimented with countless diets. Within six months, she was in clinical remission and has stayed there ever since.

Stacy and her husband, James, married in April 2018 after welcoming their first born, William, in November 2017.

This blog lends support and guidance to those suffering from autoimmune diseases and colitis, covering everything from lifelong struggles to celebrating small victories as we navigate the world of invisible illness together.
